All design services are non-refundable. 3. The Client agrees to provide the following information in order for the project to begin - images of the space, sketch / measurements of the space, inspirational pictures. 4. Package price is per room / individual space. If you have an open floor plan and you wish to design/decorate a living room and a dining room, please make a payment for two rooms and submit images & sketches of each space. 5. E-Design clients agree to correspond via e-mail. 6. E-Design clients are provided one round of revisions at no charge. If client requires additional edits, client agrees to an additional fee that will be charged by the hour ($185/hour). 7. E-Design service doesn’t include managing construction, purchasing, delivery or installation of products related to the E-Design project. 8. E-Design doesn’t include arranging deliveries, repairs, replacements, freight claims, or lead times for purchases made in conjunction with the E-Design. 9. Design work will only start upon receipt of the above mentioned files (images, sketches) and payment. If changes are made by the client after the design has begun, additional time and/or fees may be required and documented in writing. 10. E-design product deliverables will be sent to the client within 20 business days (per room) of the project start date for review, which begins only upon receipt of the payment and confirmation e-mail has been sent to the Client. 11. Unlimited follow-up questions (by email) are included in every E-design package for a period of 7 business days from the date e-design package is delivered. 12. Designs by Marina B. reserves the right to use your Design Board and/or other product deliverables in websites, blogs or other marketing efforts. 13.
